Variable Speed Pool Pump Contractors and Installers:

Existing Contractors:
The 2015 program updates were emailed to contractors who received certification from FPSIE in 2014. The 2014 FPSIE Certified Aquatic Equipment Installer (CAEI) Training Course is valid with SCE for 2 calendar years. You will continue to receive incentives as you continue installing qualifying pumps and set them to run “Off-Peak” (Not operating between Noon and 6PM).

New Contractors:
If you are a contractor who would like to participate and receive incentives for installing qualified Variable Speed Pool Pumps, SCE requires you to attend a Certified Aquatic Equipment Installer (CAEI) Training Course. Courses can be found at fpsie.org.

Variable Speed Pool Pumps Installed before taking the course will not qualify for contractor incentives.
