COVID-19 UPDATE: SCE.COM REPORT AN OUTAGE PHONE NUMBER REQUIRED

The health and safety of our workers and customers remain our top priority. One of the most effective tools in combating the spread of COVID-19 is social distancing. When our trouble man arrives, you will receive a call at the phone number you provided instead of a face-to-face greeting. They will also stay six feet away from others. Please confirm that the phone number you provided is accurate.

Due to the nature of the work, our crew members are sometimes unable to maintain physical distancing while making repairs and work together as a pod to minimize exposure with other workers. If you see our crew members in your neighborhood, please do not approach them and stay at least 6 feet away for safety. If crew members need to get in touch with you, they will call you or knock on your door. Please be assured that the safety of our workforce, our customers and the public remain our top priority.
