Energy efficiency is the easiest, most cost-effective method to reduce energy consumption in your home. This program offers rebates and an array of products that will help you reduce energy use, lower your energy bills and improve the comfort of your home.
If you own or rent a single-family home and want to increase your energy efficiency while reducing costs, you may qualify for the Residential Energy Efficiency Loan (REEL) program. REEL provides attractive financing options for energy efficiency upgrades to help reduce your overall energy use and enhance the comfort of your home. You can even use up to 30% of the loan for nonenergy home improvements like remodeling and landscaping. Single-family homes, townhomes, condos, manufactured homes and properties of 1-4 units are eligible.
Receive a $75 bill credit when you enroll your eligible smart thermostat in a qualifying demand response program through one of our authorized thermostat providers. Qualifying programs are:

Income-qualified customers may be eligible to receive appliances through our Energy Savings Assistance Program. Whether you own or rent, we’ll cover all costs for purchasing and installing energy-efficient appliances and services, such as:

Upgrade your mobile home by taking advantage of energy upgrades for mobile homes and mobile-home communities at no cost on your electricity bill.
Earn bill credits each year you participate in our Summer Discount Plan. Once you enroll, we'll install a shutoff device on your A/C unit that will be activated during certain periods of high demand for electricity. With flexible program options, you can choose your level of comfort or savings. There's no cost to enroll or participate in the program, and you can manage your preferences anytime.

Rebates are available for qualified in-dwelling and common-area energy-efficiency products for apartment buildings and/or complexes, senior living facilities, single-room occupancy (SRO) facilities, condominium complexes, mobile-home parks, and single-family homeowner association (HOA) communities. Property owners of existing multifamily complexes with two or more dwelling units may qualify.
AMF offers attractive financing options to upgrade deed-restricted multifamily properties to be more energy efficient. Both in-unit and common area measures are eligible, and a portion of funds can go toward nonenergy improvements such as landscaping and play equipment.

Enroll in SCE’s Budget Assistant program to start managing your energy budget more effectively. Set a monthly spending goal and receive weekly alerts about how well you are managing against your goal with real-time, bill-to-date, and month-end forecasts.

The IHD displays your real-time energy usage and provides up-to-date electricity price information.
