If you’re a residential/commercial developer or wireless communications carrier, we’re here to help you manage and contribute to the completion of your project. Everything you need to collaborate with us to develop your project is available here.
Getting Started
When you’re ready to start a new project, depending on the type of project, you will work with one of our New Development Project Management (NDPM) work groups:
Installation Management Services (IMS)
The IMS group manages the design and installation processes for wireless and hard-wired communication and cable companies. To initiate a wireless or cable communications project, please provide the following via email to IMSDesign@sce.com:
- Customer Project Information Sheet
- Design Option Letter
- Site Plan(s) - PDF
- Site Plan(s) - CAD File

Tract Project Management (TPM)
The TPM group is responsible for residential tracts, associated commercial developments, and all applicant designs.
To initiate a project, contact your district’s project manager and provide the following:
- Customer Project Information Sheet - Updated: 5/24/24
- TPM Supplemental Information
After receiving your submittal, a TPM representative will contact you within 3 business days to confirm receipt of your project and request any additional information.

- Applicant Design
- And other projects, including:
