Rate Plans
Rate Plan	Description
TOU-8	Mandatory for accounts >500kW Time-of-Use (TOU) periods vary by time of day, day of the week, and season. As a result, TOU energy charges will vary Interval Meter Required
TOU-EV-9	Available for customers with charging demands exceeding 500 kW You can reduce your charging costs by charging between 9 p.m. and 4 p.m. (next day)
Time-of-Use Base Interruptible Program (TOU-BIP)	Available to those with monthly demands (aggregated) that reach or exceed 200 kW You must choose a Firm Service Level (FSL) that reflects the amount of electricity you will need to meet operational requirements during a TOU-BIP event You must also choose a participation option, which is the amount of time (15 or 30 minutes) you need to respond to a TOU-BIP event You must commit to reducing at least 15% of maximum demand but no less than 100 kW during TOU-BIP events
Real-Time Pricing(RTP)	Customers are billed hourly electricity prices for generation that vary based on the time of day, season, and temperature. You may benefit from this plan if you have the flexibility to shift or reduce energy usage based on temperature-driven pricing variations This rate has both Time-Related Demand and Facilities-Related Demand charges.
Schedule ME Rate	For maritime customers located in the Port of Long Beach Options available are dependant on the service voltage Connected load serves shipping, stevedoring, or container activities Offers a Contribution to Margin discount and lower cost options for certain types of New Load
