A pool pump uses more energy than most devices and appliances in your home. A variable speed pool pump is designed to use up to 75% less energy than a single speed or two-speed pool pump. SCE is partnering with local retailers to provide an instant rebate when you purchase a variable speed pool pump. You may be eligible to receive a $200 instant rebate if you purchase from any of the stores listed below. Visit a store near you and request a certified installation to receive your instant rebate.
Are you a pool retail store owner who would also like to offer instant discounts to SCE customers who purchase variable speed pool pumps at your locations? Email us at: email@example.com
- This rebate is part of the Home Energy Efficiency Rebate (HEER) program. The program is funded by California utility customers and is administered by Southern California Edison under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
- Under California law, models of certain types of appliances must be certified by the California Energy Commission before being sold or offered for sale in California. Before purchasing an appliance, search for your desired model in the Energy Commission’s database. View Database
