Self-Certify for Your Safety During Power Shutoffs
If you or someone in your household has a condition that can be significantly affected by the interruption of power during an outage, or a disconnection for nonpayment of a bill, and is not currently enrolled in our Medical Baseline Allowance program, it is important that you let us know. We’ll take additional steps to notify you of a PSPS in your area.
Complete the self-certification form below, so SCE can place a note on your account. If a PSPS occurs and we are unable to reach you by email, text or voice call, self-certification means that we may take additional steps to contact you, including sending a representative to your home.
Your completed self-certification form is valid for one (1) year after it is processed. It does not renew automatically; however, you may resubmit the form to renew it.
