  • CARE Surcharge – for all rates
  • CARE Discount % – for all TOU CARE rates
  • Dual Participation CAP – for all applicable rates
  • Green Rate factors – for all rates
  • Green Rate CR factors – for all rates
  • Climate Credit – (April & October only) for all rates
  • MCAM – see Electric 5175-E, Appendix D, page 35/49
  • NBT EEC prices  – for all rates
