- SCE Gen – for all rates (including the RTP Hourly factors)
- CTC - for all rates
- PCIA - for all rates
- CARE Surcharge
- Commercial CARE Discount % - for all TOU CARE rates
- Dual Participation – for all applicable rates
- GHG line item - for Commercial rates
- GHG residential credit – for April & October crossover bills (Residential only)
- SDP, SDP-O, & APS-E – for all applicable rates
- AP-I credit - for all applicable rates
- TOU-BIP - for all applicable rates
- Green Rate – for all applicable rates
- Edwards PDA tab – RPS & CAISO Load Based charge
The actual impact of these rate factor changes on the customers’ bill will vary based on energy usage.
