Effective June 1, 2017, the rate components listed below will be changing as follows.

  • Distribution – for D-CARE & D-FERA rates (and in the LS-3-B Customer Charge for Series Service)
  • PPPC – for all rates
  • TOTCA – for all rates
  • CIA – for D, D-CARE, and D-FERA
  • DWR Bond Charge – for all rates
  • SCE Gen – for several various rates
  • Care Surcharge – for all rates

The actual impact of these rate factor changes on the customers’ bill will vary based on energy usage.
