  • DWR Bond Charge – for all rates
  • SCE Gen – for all rates (including the RTP Hourly factors)
  • DWR Credit – for all rates
  • CTC - for all rates
  • PCIA - for all rates
  • CARE Surcharge
  • Commercial CARE Discount % - for all applicable Commercial rates
  • Dual Participation – for all applicable rates
  • GHG line item - for Commercial rates

The actual impact of these rate factor changes on the customers’ bill will vary based on energy usage.
