Effective September 1, 2017, pursuant to Decision D.82-04-010, the energy component for the Santa Catalina Island gas rate schedule increased.
SCE’s current and revised Santa Catalina Island Gas Cost Adjustment Billing Factors (GCABFs) and CARE Surcharge are listed below:
