  • TOTCA – decrease based on applicable rate
  • NSGC – increase or decrease based on applicable rate
  • CIA – increase or decrease based on applicable Residential rate
  • SCE Gen – increase or decrease based on applicable rate or tier structure
  • Dual Participation – increase or decrease based on applicable rate
