New Applications, Forms & Documents for Building and Renovation Project Requests

Find all the documents needed to complete and submit a building or renovation project request. Note that most contractors will facilitate this process for you. To get started with your application process, access www.sce.com/projectrequest to locate your project type, a submittal checklist, and instructions to submit your request.

Third Party Authorization Form, required if property owner is authorizing a third-party (In BRPPP applications, required if applicant selects Authorized Submission option "I am authorized to submit this application on behalf of the property owner" on the Contacts page of the application)

Streetlight Documentation
(Note: required in BRPPP if "Yes" is selected to "Are you installing or removing streetlights?" question on the Supplementary Application Requests page):

• Completed Application and Contract for Electric Services - Streetlight (CSD272)
• Approved Streetlight (S/L) Plans/Map (click to download Sample Sheet 1 or Sample Sheet 2)
• Completed Streetlight (S/L) Authorization Form

Temporary Service Documentation 
(Note: required in BRPPP for all Temporary Service applications, including if "Yes" is selected to "Is temporary electric service required?" question on the Supplementary Application Requests page on any application):

• Completed Application and Contract for Electric Services - TPP (Form CSD274)
• EUSERC Drawings: Review SCE’s Electrical Service Requirements (ESR): Before submission, make sure your drawings align with SCE approved EUSERC drawings (can be found in section 9 of the Electrical Service Requirements: SCE’s ESR manual).
