Will my Payment Arrangement payment also cover my new monthly charges?
No, you will need to make separate payments for the payment arrangement and any new monthly charges. These may have different due dates, so be sure to pay both on time to avoid service disconnection.
Do I still incur late fees when I'm enrolled in a Payment Arrangement?
Late payment charges will still be billed when a customer is enrolled in a payment arrangement. To stay on a payment arrangement, you must pay your monthly bill amount + the installment amount by the specified due dates.
What happens if I miss a payment on my Payment Arrangement?
Failure to submit payment on the due date may result in late fees, possible termination of your payment arrangement and service interruption. You can enroll in a new payment plan by logging into MyAccount. An additional down payment may be required to activate the new plan.
Do I need a down payment to enroll into a Payment Arrangement?
A down payment may be required. The amount is based on a percentage of the total amount due.
What is a Payment Arrangement?
Payment Arrangements are designed to provide greater flexibility in managing your payments by making smaller monthly payments over a specified period. Eligible accounts can request a payment arrangement that will divide charges into equal installments, which are billed separately each month from your current bill. You must pay your current charges and the installment amount by the specified due dates.
Can I pay an overdue bill onine?
Yes, you can pay an overdue bill online. However, online payment may not reach us in time to prevent additional collection action.
How do I modify my payment after it is submitted?
If your account is eligible and the payment has not already been processed, you may click the View/Edit button to modify the payment amount and payment date.
What type of bank account can I use with Online Payment?
You may use a checking account from any financial institution that accepts electronic debits.
Can I decide when I want to pay my bill?
Yes. You can pay your bill either on the first available date, on the due date, or select another payment date from the calendar.
