The California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) and the Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA) programs may offer income-qualified customers a discount off their monthly electric bill.
In partnership with the United Way of Greater Los Angeles, our non-profit Energy Assistance Fund (EAF) provides up to $100 to qualified customers.
Our Energy Savings Assistance Program helps income-qualified customers reduce electricity bills by paying installing free energy-efficient appliances and equipment.
