Can I request a specific date to start or stop service?
 

Request Your Start or Stop Date Online

When making your start, stop, or move request through our Move Center, you can select a start or stop date up to 30 days in advance. Please note that you cannot select a previous date to start your service.

View Your Start/Stop Service Date

  1. Log-in to My Account

  2. Click on "View Service Account"

     

  3. Click on Service Account Number hyperlink

  4. Service Account Details page will display with move out date if submitted.
