Request a Start/Stop Date Online
When making your start, stop, or move request through our Move Center, you can select a start or stop date up to 30 days in advance. Please note that you cannot select a previous date to start your service.

- Log-in to My Account
Click on "View Service Account"
Click on Service Account Number hyperlink
Service Account Details page will display with move out date if submitted.
