March 2016 Rate Changes

Effective March 1, 2016, pursuant to Decision D.82-04-010, the energy component for the Santa Catalina Island gas rate schedule decreased.

SCE's current and revised Santa Catalina Island Gas Cost Adjustment Billing Factors (GCABFs) and CARE Surcharge are listed below:

Note: Overall, the average residential customer's monthly bill will decrease. The actual impact on the customer's bill will vary depending on their energy usage.
