SCE Gen – for all rates
SCE Gen hourly factors – for all RTP rates
Dual Participation – for all applicable rates
CARE Surcharge – for all rates
TOU-FERA Discount % – for all TOU CARE rates
Green Rate – Class Avg Gen Credit factor
