Important: Beginning in January 2024, SCE will be rolling out a new and improved My Account experience. Customers will be upgraded to the new design based on their account type. Our Help Center articles now provide instructions for both experiences.
If you have scheduled new service with SCE and have your SCE Customer Account Number, please follow the instructions below. If you have existing service with SCE, please select the “Current Customer” tab of this article.
If you are trying to create a new account with an existing email address, an error message will appear indicating that the email address is currently in use. You will be prompted to enter a new email address.
