How do I stop service if I’m moving to an address outside of SCE’s territory?
Are you moving out of your home and will no longer be an SCE customer? Submit a “Turn Off Service” request by:
- Visiting our Move Center page.
- Select “Residential”, then click “Stop Service”.
- If a move out date has already been issued, view the move out date in My Account.
Follow the prompts to enter required information into the fields provided.
