How do I stop service if I’m moving to an address outside of SCE’s territory?

Are you moving out of your home and will no longer be an SCE customer? Submit a “Turn Off Service” request by: 

  1. Visiting our Move Center page.
  2. Select “Residential”, then click “Stop Service”.
    1. If a move out date has already been issued, view the move out date in My Account.

  3. Follow the prompts to enter required information into the fields provided.
