What is a Community Choice Aggregator (CCA)?
A Community Choice Aggregator (CCA) Procures Electricity for Customers
What happens to my electric serive if I move to a city or country offering CCA service?
If you are a customer moving to a city or county that has implemented CCA Service, you will automatically become a CCA Service customer unless you are a customer that is not eligible for CCA Service based on your CCA’s Implementation Plan (e.g., certain categories of C&I customers may be excluded) or you contact your CCA to opt out. If you are eligible for automatic enrollment into CCA Service, you will receive two notices from your CCA that include instructions on how to opt out during the first two months of your service. If you opt out after the first 60 days, different terms and conditions will apply to your new service.
How can I determine what the baseline allocation is in baseline regions and communities other than my own?
In October 2009, the CPUC approved SCE's request to change the number of residential baseline regions from 6 to 9, and re-map the baseline regions to more closely match the California Energy Commission's climate regions, building codes, and population. Please review the chart showing baseline allocations for all of SCE's service territory. To learn more about all of SCE's 9 baseline regions, where they are and what communities belong to each region, see the baseline regions map and the index of communities.
What should I do if my issue remains unresolved or keeps recurring during a disaster?

What if I'm enrolled in Net Energy Metering (NEM)?
Net Energy Metering (NEM) credits received under Schedule NEM may offset in whole or in part the program credits associated with Summer Discount Plan. Find out more on our NEM page.
I'm having problems with my television reception. I also have problems getting my favorite AM radio station. What are some possible causes?
You may be suffering "Radio and Television Interferences" (RTVI), which may also be affecting your neighbors' radios and televisions.
There are potential sources of interference all over your house.
Heating pads, door bell transformers, photocell light switches, fish tanks and pumps, baby wipe warmers, touch lamps, dimmer switches, and home lighting photocell switches are just a few of the many possible sources of RTVI. For more information, visit RTVI Request.
Can I pay multiple accounts at once?
Yes. Use the checkbox next to the accounts you would like to pay, or choose Select All, then click the Pay Bills button. Accounts signed up and eligible for Online Payment will appear on the next page.
