デジタルウォレットとは何ですか？
デジタルウォレットとは、クレジットカード、デビットカード、銀行口座を連携させ、電子決済を行うためのデジタルシステムを利用できるアプリやオンラインサービスです。現在、SCEではVenmo、PayPal、Google Pay、Apple Payといったデジタルウォレットによるお支払いを受け付けています。

デジタルウォレットをデフォルトの支払い方法として使用できますか？
はい。JPモルガン・チェースの処理システムを通じてデジタルウォレットをアカウントに追加する際に、デフォルトのお支払い方法として設定できます。
デジタルウォレットを使用して自動支払いを設定できますか？
いいえ。現時点では、「マイアカウント」内で当座預金口座を使用してのみAuto Payを設定できます。
手数料を支払う必要があるのはなぜですか？
この利便性手数料は、安全な決済処理システムの利用に対してJPモルガン・チェースにより請求されるもので、デジタルウォレット、クレジットカード、デビットカードでのすべてのお支払いに適用されます。SCEはこの手数料を受け取ることも、それにより利益を得ることもなく、この手数料は免除できません。

- We accept ACH / EFT payments with payment remittance details. The payment and details must be sent through your bank using an EDI 820 remittance file formatted in CTX or CCD+. You must be a Commercial customer to participate.

- Your SCE Customer Account Number
- Company name
- Contact name
- Contact phone number
