To request SCE Energy Manager access, please send an email to CCOeChannel@sce.com including your name, your SCE account number (the number starting with “8” shown on your SCE billing statement) and your My Account login email address. An SCE representative will reply as soon as possible to assist you.
If you have an Edison SmartConnect™ or interval data meter, and you are enrolled in a non-residential rate, you should be able to view energy usage data at up to 15-minute intervals.
If you are enrolled in a residential rate, or if you do not have an Edison SmartConnect meter, you do not have access to 15-minute interval data.
SCE Energy Manager pulls daily usage and demand data directly from the electricity meter. The data transfers are sometimes delayed, which may cause missing or inaccurate data.
