How do I start service at a new address?

You can complete a start service request for a new address by visiting the Start Service page on our online Move Center. You’ll need to have your Driver’s License or ID and Social Security Number to get started. 

You can request to start service at a new address by:

  1. Visiting the Move Service page on our online. Please have your Driver’s License or ID and Social Security Number ready
  2. Select “Residential”, then select “Start Service”
  3. Follow the prompts to enter required information into the fields provided
