How do I log into the MySCE app?
To log into the MySCE app, customers must already register for a MyAccount. Customers who do not have MyAccount can sign up for MyAccount on the app or sce.com/user-registration.

Can I disable MFA afer enabling it?
Yes, you can disable MFA anytime through the “Settings” section in SCE.com My Account. Please note that if you disable MFA, you will be offered the option again the next time you decide to manage your payment method online.

What are the requirements for AP-I?
For billing and participation purposes, your location is required to have interval meters capable of recording electricity use in 15-minute intervals. There is a six-month minimum enrollment requirement if enrolled by April 30 in a given year and a twelve-month minimum enrollment requirement if enrolled after April 30 in a given year. When can an interruption occur?
An interruption can occur at any time — seven days a week, 365 days a year. Interruption events are limited to:
- One event per day (six hours)
- 10 events per month
- 180 hours per calendar year
Is my business eligible for AP-I?
To participate, business must have a measured demand of 37kW, or at least 50 horsepower of connected load. Businesses with service under Option A of the TOU-PA tariff or receiving off-peak credits through Schedule PA-1 are not eligible.
Why does CPP only pay bill credits during the summer, even though an event may be called year-round?
The ability to call CPP events throughout the year gives us more flexibility to call upon needed resources. Credits are only applied from June 1 to September 30 to help offset the typically higher energy costs during summer months.
