To be added to the Green Rate Waitlist, you must meet the customer eligibility requirements found on Schedule GTSR-GR - Sheet 6: Customer Eligibility: Only Bundled Service customers whose OATs are billed based on metered consumption are eligible to receive service under this Schedule. Direct Access customers, Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Service customers, Community Aggregation customers, and Transitional Bundled Service customers are not eligible to receive service under this Schedule.
