Do I have to re-apply for this CA Industry Assistance credit? If so, how often?
If you are a facility that is eligible for the credit through the attestation process, please note the following dates:
- September 30, 2023. All eligible facilities must attest by September 30, 2023 to receive CA Industry Assistance in April 2024, 2025, and 2026. Your utility will notify you of the need to re-attest in advance of this deadline. Additionally, if you do not attest by this deadline you will not receive the credit in April 2024.
- September 30, 2024. All eligible facilities that missed the September 30, 2023 deadline must attest by September 30, 2024 to receive CA Industry Assistance in April 2025. Your utility will notify you of the need to re-attest in advance of this deadline. Additionally, if you do not attest by this deadline you will not receive the credit in April 2025.
- September 30, 2025. All eligible facilities that missed the September 30, 2024 deadline must attest by September 30, 2025 to receive CA Industry Assistance in April 2026. Your utility will notify you of the need to re-attest in advance of this deadline. Additionally, if you do not attest by this deadline you will not receive the credit in April 2026.
