Do I have to re-apply for this CA Industry Assistance credit? If so, how often?
If you are a facility that is eligible for the credit through the attestation process, please note the following dates:
- September 30, 2026. All eligible non-MRR facilities must attest by September 30, 2026 to receive CA Industry Assistance in April 2027, 2028, and 2029. If you do not attest by this deadline you will not receive the credit in April 2027.
- September 30, 2027. All eligible non-MRR facilities that missed the September 30, 2026 deadline must attest by September 30, 2027 to receive CA Industry Assistance in April 2028.
- September 30, 2028. All eligible Non-MRR facilities that missed the September 30, 2027 deadline must attest by September 30, 2028 to receive CA Industry Assistance in April 2029.
