What should I do if I receive an error message when running a report in SCE EnergyManager®?
Please ensure your report’s required data fields and attributes are completed and entered correctly.
An error message may appear if the reporting system is undergoing temporary maintenance, or if the data you requested is not currently available.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm your billing cycle is within the period you have selected
- Clear bowsers history and/ or cache
- Update URL for latest version for updates
- Did you select the correct Service account
