An error message may appear if the reporting system is undergoing temporary maintenance, or if the data you requested is not currently available.
If that is not the case, then ensure your report’s required data fields and attributes are completed and entered correctly.
Additionally, check the following:
- Confirm your billing cycle is within the period you have selected
- Clear bowsers history and/ or cache
- Update URL for latest version for updates
- Select the correct Service account
