Final License Application Filed November 22, 2024

On November 22, 2024, in accordance with Section 15(c)(1) of the Federal Power Act (FPA) and sections 5.17(a) and 5.18 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) Integrated Licensing Process regulations, SCE filed an Application for License for Major Project – Existing Dam (License Application or FLA) for the Kern River No. 3 Hydroelectric Project (Project), FERC Project No. 2290.
