Will my existing programs and preferences transfer to my new address?

Yes, they can. To transfer your service online with your existing programs, alerts and preferences, you must submit a Transfer service request by:
1.    Visiting the Move Service page on our online. Please log into My Account or Lookup your Account.
2.    Select “Residential”, then select “Transfer Service”
3.    Follow the prompts to enter required information into the fields provided

If you select Stop Service and separately Start Service, your programs will stop.
