What if My Account is already registered with another email address?
Trying to sign up with an email that’s already linked to an SCE account? You’ll see an error message letting you know the email is in use.
Options:
- Use a different email address to create a new account or
- Reset your password for the existing account by visiting the Reset Password page and entering your User ID / Email
This helps keep your account secure and ensures you stay connected to your services.
