NON-INTERFERENCE LETTER REQUIREMENTS
We require that you send us a cover letter stating that you are requesting a Non-Interference letter with your email address, mailing address and contact information including phone ext. along with the property address and APN(s) and one copy of the project map (tentative tract map, parcel map, etc.). Please also provide the city/county info and to whom the letter goes to at the city/county. If emailing, send as a pdf, we can’t open links or zip files for security purposes.

Please allow 30 days per The Subdivision Map Act Civil code (Section 66436) for us to review and respond once we have received it. We will make every effort to expedite your request.
