Which years of data will the CPUC use to calculate my credit?
MRR facilities that are covered entities: The CPUC will use the same data years to calculate the CA Industry Assistance Credit as ARB used to calculate your facility’s ARB Industry Assistance.
Small Business Customers and MRR facilities that are not covered entities: The CPUC used 2008-2010 electricity data to calculate a facility’s energy benchmark, where these data were available. If this data was not available, CPUC used the closest years of data available.
