  • SCE Gen – only for TOUD-B, TOUD(4-9), TOUD(5-8), and TOU-EV-1
  • CARE Surcharge – for all rates
  • CARE Discount % – for all TOU CARE rates
  • FERA Discount % – for all TOU FERA rates
  • Wildfire FRC – For changes related to SCE’s Wildfire Fixed Recovery Charge, please visit www.sce.com/understandyourbill for more information
