When you’re ready to start a new project, depending on the type of project, you will work with one of our New Development Project Management (NDPM) work groups: 


Installation Management Services (IMS)

The IMS group manages the design and installation processes for wireless and hard-wired communication and cable companies.

Tract Project Management (TPM)

The TPM group is responsible for residential tracts, associated commercial developments, and all applicant design.

After receiving your submittal, a TPM representative will contact you within 3 business days to confirm receipt of your project and request any additional information.
