Based on my requested preference, I agree to receive outage alerts via email, text and/or voice message 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By choosing to receive outage alerts on a mobile phone, I certify that I am an authorized user of the mobile number provided and I acknowledge that alerts may be sent from an automated system that uses artificial voice and/or pre-recorded messages.
