On-Bill Financing for Business
Make the most of On-Bill Financing to help your business fund energy efficiency projects. Your business could qualify for loans to implement eligible measures and upgrades. You can then repay the loan in monthly installments through your utility bill—with no interest or fees. In some cases, you can combine this program with additional financial incentives that move your business toward a more efficient future.
Automated Demand Response with Express Technology Incentives
Demand Response Automation Server (DRAS) is a technology platform that enables small businesses to effortlessly and temporarily reduce their energy usage during Demand Response (DR) events. Load reduction with DRAS is reliable and automatic. The DRAS offers greater benefits and energy savings through easier DR program participation. Auto-DR Customized Program customers must be able to reduce load by a minimum of 30 kW to be eligible for Auto-DR incentives.

Summer Discount Plan
Earn bill credits each year you participate in our Summer Discount Plan. Once you enroll, we'll install a shutoff device on your A/C unit that will be activated during certain periods of high demand for electricity. With flexible program options, you can choose your level of comfort or savings. There's no cost to enroll or participate in the program, and you can manage your preferences anytime.
Small Business Energy Efficiency Financing (SBF) Program
The state-administered Small Business Energy Efficiency Financing (SBF) program can fund the energy efficiency upgrades you have in mind for your business or nonprofit. Through SBF, private financing companies offer attractive rates and terms on leases, energy service agreements and loans to upgrade the property’s HVAC, windows, lighting, refrigeration, controls and more. Financing can include nonenergy improvements, like remodeling and landscaping, and you don’t need to own the building to qualify. You may also combine SBF with On-Bill Financing and SCE rebates for even more savings

Benchmarking is an effective way to measure your building's energy performance and compare it to other buildings. The ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® 
will score your building from 1 to 100, letting you track energy use and verify improvements for building managers, contractors, and tenants. Create a benchmarking profile on SCE.com, and we’ll automatically upload your building’s energy data directly to your Portfolio Manager account.
