Guest Payments to Service Account(s)

Any person can make a payment on a customer’s behalf by using SCE's self-service electronic payment system.

To make a payment, they must provide the following authenticating information:

• The Customer of Records name (First and Last);
• The Customer Account Number; and
• The ZIP Code of the billing address.
