How do I allow someone else to manage my account?

In order to authorize someone else to manage your account, you will need to follow these steps:
- Contact and an SCE Customer Service Representative at 1-800-655-4555 to have a profile created for the person you want to authorize to have access to your account.
- Customer Support will help you establish an authorized relationship between you and the authorized person.
- The authorized person can then view and manage your account(s)—including viewing and managing bank information and payments, and enrolling in Direct Pay—through My Account on sce.com or with Customer Support.
