Allow Others to Manage Your Account(s)

In order to authorize someone else to manage your account, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Contact and an SCE Customer Service Representative at 1-800-655-4555 to have a profile created for the person you want to authorize to have access to your account.
  2. Customer Support will help you establish an authorized relationship between you and the authorized person.
  3. The authorized person can then view and manage your account(s)—including viewing and managing bank information and payments, and enrolling in Direct Pay—through My Account on sce.com or with Customer Support.
