Important: Beginning in January 2024, SCE will be rolling out a new and improved My Account experience. Customers will be upgraded to the new dashboard based on their account type. Our Help Center articles now provide instructions for both experiences.

How to Update Contact Information

 

1.Select “Settings” from the top navigation menu.

2. Once on the Settings page, click the “Profile” tab.

3. Click "Edit" to modify the Name, Email or Phone Number linked to your SCE account. You can also modify, add or delete additional contacts receiving email and/or text notifications.

 

 

Not seeing these options? Your dashboard may not have been updated to the New My Account experience just yet. Please click the tab labeled “My Account - Legacy” at the top of the article to view instructions for the legacy design.

1. Log In to My Account. If you haven’t set up My Account yet, you can register online.

2. Navigate to "Profile Settings" in the left panel.
