Updating Your Contact Information

Keep your SCE account up to date so you never miss an important alert or notification. Updating your contact details is quick and easy:

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Locate the “Quick Links” card on your dashboard and select “Update Contact Info” from the list.

3. Click “add” or “edit” to manage the phone numbers and email addresses registered to receive your SCE account notifications.

If you do not have a “My Account,” please follow the alternate steps below.

1. From the sce.com avatar menu, Log in to sce.com.
2. Enter your existing Login credentials.
   Note: if you have trouble logging in, follow the steps to reset your password.

3. You should be navigated to “Link Your Account” page if you don’t already have an Active account linked to you login profile*. Click Profile Settings in the left menu.

4. Click “Edit” to manage the login email address or password on your account.

*Note: For step 3, if you are logged in already, you can access the correct page from the My Account link in the sce.com menu

Need to change the name on your account? If you need to update the name associated with your account, follow these instructions.
