Service Extension Average Project Costs & Completion Timeframes

*Senate Bill (SB) 1210 requires posting of  “[a] schedule of estimated fees for typical service connections for each housing development type, including, but not limited to, accessory dwelling unit (ADU), mixed-use, multifamily, and single-family developments….”     The NEW RESIDENTIAL housing development type combines all the required SB 1210 housing types, as SCE cannot break down the costs by housing type at this time due to its data system limitations.   Show more Show less

**This table presents the average invoiced project cost for new residential service connections pursuant to Rule 16 within SCE service territory.  The data is drawn from projects completed July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. Individual project costs may vary widely from the average cost shown in the table depending on project scope and applicability of Rule 16 allowances which are not necessarily available for all service connection projects.
