SCE is issuing its Fall 2011 QF Fixed-Price Request for Offers (RFO) to solicit offers from respondents seeking to change the energy price within their existing Qualifying Facility Power Purchase Agreements (QF PPA) from SRAC to a fixed price by entering into Fixed Energy Price Agreements.

Eligibility Requirements

SCE will only consider all timely Offers from respondents who (1) have a current and effective QF PPA whose term covers the proposed fixed-price period, and (2) be a Non-Gas QF Resource. Respondents on extension agreements pursuant to CPUC Decision No. 07-09-040 are not eligible to participate in this RFO.
