Yes. Customers that are currently enrolled in the program may withdraw by visiting the enrollment and account management page and entering their SCE account information. Once the account information is entered, the website will guide you through the account management process, including how to withdraw your enrollment. Clicking “Submit” on the final screen will withdraw your account from CBP-E Direct as of the end of the day you choose to withdraw. For additional information regarding withdrawal, please contact support@cbpdirect.sce.com
