Do I automatically qualify for the PIPP pilot if my CARE eligibly is based on participation in an approved public assistance program (e.g., CalFresh, LIHEAP, Medicaid/Medi-Cal etc.)?

No, PIPP eligibility is based on household income. If you receive the CARE rate based on participation in an approved categorical program but your household income exceeds 200% Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPL) you do not qualify for the pilot.
