How do I cancel a service request once it's been submitted?
- After submitting a request, customers will receive an email containing a unique confirmation number for each pending address. You will use this number to view or update the status of your submitted request.

- To cancel a pending service request, click “Find My Request” in the body of the confirmation email or upper right of the Move Center page.

- The customer must either login or look up the account to proceed.

- On the “My Request” page, input the confirmation number described in step one and click the trash icon. The customer will be asked to confirm the cancellation of the service request.
